E Group - Additional mid-week runs

E group are pleased to announce two new mid-week runs (these have been trialed over recent weeks). This change is in response to lots of E Group runners wanting to run more than once/week and has been made possible by the hard work & commitment of the existing and newly qualified Group Leaders.

The new mid-week runs are:-

Monday - 4-6 miles supporting members to increase their pace and distance to prepare them for longer distance off-road runs. Meeting at 6:30pm - starting point varies each week (information will be posted in the E Group Facebook group).

Tuesday -  Supporting members to maintain the ability to run 5-6km (3-3.5 miles) mainly on roads and local paths. Faster runners are encouraged to loop back to ensure the group stay together, but also allow development. Meeting at 6:15pm at the Leisure Centre overflow car park

The Saturday runs will continue at 9.00am (various venues). Details on the group blog - CLICK HERE
