The Langley 7 Road race has been a club ‘classic’ since 2003. The race started and finished in Langley until 2017 when the car parking space (the old Scraggs area) was lost due to property development (Lavender Fields). A new route was created and the race became known as ‘Not-Langley-Not- 7‘ mainly due to the fact the the new route did not pass through Langley nor was it 7 miles any longer – it was longer (more like 8 miles) with a lot more height gain – a challenging route.
