In 2018 we sadly lost a wonderful club member, Terry Neild. Up and around Shutlingsloe was one of his favourite places to be, whether it be walking or running. This race kept his name and memory alive. The inaugural race was held on 29 February 2020. The final running of this race was in 2024.

The route was a short but challenging one with two ascents of the ‘Cheshire Matterhorn’.
