On Monday evening the weather gods were kind and provided perfect conditions for running, but could the 14 runners taking part in the Road Handicap predict their times correctly for the Road Handicap route? Most were either just over their predicted time or very pessimitic about their pace and a lot faster than predicted. In the end it was Fiona Blagg who ran closest to her predicted time by just 5 seconds closely followed by Jordan Cooper who was only 11 seconds off his predicted time. Shout out to Nathanael Booker who set the record for the closest to their time running with a buggy! Finally commiserations to Lyndsey Russell who is obviously a way faster runner that she thinks taking the prize for being the furthest from her predicted time. Full results and photos of the top ten and last place prize winners are below. Good effort everyone!!
