Hello Everyone
As we all continue to be in lockdown due to the current situation with Covid 19, it is still very important that we look after both our physical and mental health and wellbeing. Whilst group runs are not permitted, please do reach out to your fellow runners, whether that be via social media or remembering you do have someone’s number. If you are injured then do still try and get out within the guidelines, for a socially distanced stroll and a chat.
There are some great tips from England Athletics (CLICK HERE) and your mental health champions hope to be back doing some more run and talks soon. Look out for a February Harriers virtual event in February too (Trail Section).
Any questions please do email mhc@macclesfield-harriers.co.uk and your mental health champions will do their best to signpost you for areas of support.
Here’s a reminder of some suggestions from the Anxiety UK staff team to help you keep your mind in check.
