What a day for the return of the Macclesfield Running Festival!! Fabulous running conditions greeted runners wanting a challenge at the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon distances. RunThrough did a great job organizing the event where Macc Harriers were out in force both running and marshalling. There were an impressive 978 runners in total with 122 in the 5K, 351 in the 10K and 505 in the Half Marathon. In each race there were some fabulous performances by Macc Harriers. Some highlights were: Eva Mion (20:20) 1st place lady and Ciaran Wright (18:20) 4th male in the 5K, Sue Stockdale (45:48) 2nd lady and Mark Walker (34:52) 2nd male in the 10K, and Rob Whitby (1:16:11) 1st male and Billy Hicks (1:17:52) 2nd male in the Half Marathon. There were many other great times for Macc Harriers and others in all the races. Macc Harrier times are listed below along with a link to the full results. Great running everyone!
