Congratulations go to Ollie Mills Kidals who competed in the hepthalon at the English Athletics National Championships in Sheffield last weekend. Ollie took part in the multi-discipline event which lasted about 9 hours, getting PBs in the 60m sprint, 60m hurdles and 1000m (all of which were new events for him) whilst also improving his PBs in the shotput and pole vault. At the end of the day, he finished 7th overall for England and 10th for the UK. This is an amazing achievement for Ollie, who having only started competing in the last year, has certainly shown great promise and is one to watch out for in the future.
