Congratulations to Charlie Bird this month for recording a new female V35 Hammer record of 38.52m set at the Bury AC Spring Throws event. Charlie was the current record holder with 37.18m, and now improves this even further! Will we see Charlie go over 40m perhaps in 2024?!
Matthew recorded a sub-3 hour time of 2:55.54 at the Chester Marathon.
