A reminder to all members [from U15’s age group and over], that we have two cross club training events coming up very soon. Both are fun training sessions and are free of charge.

19th August 2024 [Monday] – Off Road Training relays around The Wizard/Alderley Woods [National Trust].
Meeting on the main path way near the cafe at 6.45pm, for a 7.00pm start, finishing at 8.00pm with parking from 6.15pm . This is a non-competitive event & teams will be sorted on the night.
27th August 2024 [Tuesday] – Mixed Ability Track Relays.
Registration from 6.15pm at the clubhouse. Warm up at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start . Finishing a 8pm and then prize giving! The team completing the highest number of laps in 60 minutes wins! Again, a cross club event and teams will be sorted on the night.
