Hot conditions greeted runners at this year’s Colshaw Hall 10K. There were 23 Harriers who took on this undulating course and battled the heat for some great times. Some notable results were James Noakes (36:40) taking 7th place and 1st M55, Kristy Gill (44:24) 9th female overall and Harry Newton (1:06:21) 1st V80.
