The first race of the year in our Club Road Running Championships, the Four Villages Half Marathon took place on Sunday Jan 15th. There were 17 keen Macc Harriers ready to take on the first race of the year. For the male Mac Harriers the top three places were hotly contested with David Chambers (1:22:02) just ahead of Craig Marchington (1:22:11) and Jordan Cooper (1:25:34). For the female Macc Harriers Hannah Bridger (1:38:06), Kathryn Hutchinson (1:45:06) and Emma Galleymore (1:49:42) were the top three. Special mention to our super vet Harry Newton (2:09:27) who took the V75 prize at the age of 85!
