Macclesfield Harriers & AC has been awarded two places for next year’s London Marathon which will be held on Sunday, April 26th, 2026. The two places will be available to all eligible members via a club ballot. A full list of eligibility criteria including volunteering criteria to be included in the ballot can be found here.
All those who are interested in claiming one of these places must contact the Road Running Section Lead, Owain Morris, via a contact form on the club website or email (message for details) by 11.59pm on Saturday, December 6th. A draw for all eligible participants will then be held at the club house at 6.15pm on Tuesday, December 9th.
Please note that the Road Running Section Lead is considering entering the ballot this year. In the event that he does, a proxy member of the committee who is not entering the ballot will conduct the draw in his stead.

- Deadline for submitting the names of the two successful club members submitted to England Athletics – Tuesday, December 16th
