2024 – Andrew Heywood Memorial – Windgather Fell Race

Hi fellrunners of the midlands and north (and apologies if that’s not you…), just a quick reminder for the Windgather race, Sunday 13th October, 11am, start from Burbage near Buxton.
I’ve tried to avoid clashes with too many other events (including the FRA relays which are the week after.)
It’s 13.5 miles ‘not completely flat but not too challenging, suitable for most’, (we checked the course last week: it’s still there, just as enjoyable as ever…)
All for charity, post race food and drink, and the weather is always good, so what’s not to like…
We’d really appreciate your support (plus anyone from your club and friends you might want to rope in!)
