Seventeen Harriers made the familiar trip to Alsager to participate in an event which describes itself as ‘one of the fastest 5 mile road races in the country’. This year was no different with club members recording some wonderfully quick times, congratulations to all for some great performances! The top three ladies were Faye Sharpley (31:31), Amy Dalton (34:46), and Deanne Tomkins (35:25). Astonishingly, only 5 seconds separated the first three male Harriers! Ewan Edmondson was third in 29:42 while Rob Hasler and James Perry tied for first in 29:37.
