You will have 2 hours to visit as many controls as possible\, all controls worth 10 points.  But don’t be late back as Phil will be docking points for every minute you’re late! \nTeams:  Waves of up to 12 people will set off 5mins apart. SUMMARY:2021 Mixed Ability Track Relay - CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to take part in a mixed ability relay at the track during our normal training session on Tuesday 28th September. \nIt will be run along the same lines as previous mixed ability relays. \nTeams of 5  run as many laps as possible in 60mins (viz run one lap rest 4 then repeat) \nOpen to ALL paid up club members  mid teens upwards who are fit and healthy and can run reps of 400m \n6.15pm – Register promptly by signing in the column with which you normally train (at the desk in front of the clubhouse ) \nWarm up \n6.45pm prompt split into assigned groups\, wearing team number\, decide on start sequence and provide a lap counter \n7.00pm  Event starts and continues for 60mins. \nEach team runs as many laps as possible. \nObjective to have fun \,meet new members have a good time and not get injured. \nPlease come along and please spread the word in the meantime \nRegards\, Bob Lynch  07964 956 567 / 01625 829229
