Just a warning that there are 'ticks' about in the long grass around the trail and football pitches at the moment. So, long socks may be a good idea for training and always have a good look at your legs after the session to make sure you have not been bitten. If you have got a 'tick bite' it is a good idea to seek medical advice (pharmacy or doctor).
