Sport Relief Mile 2016 - a big success

We hosted a 'Sport Relief Mile' at the track on Sunday 20th March. There was a 1 miles option (for the younger runners) and also 3 or 6 mile options. The 1 & 3 mile runs were on the track, the 6 mile run was 2 laps of the Macc 5k route (supported by club members).

About 150 people came along to run, Canalside Radio provided music and the sun was shining. We think we have raised about £1000 for Sport Relief. There are a few pictures on a FLICKR album - CLICK HERE

A big thank you to all the club members who gave up their time to help make the event a big success for Macclesfield.
