... will 'officially' recommence from Tegg's Nose top car park from a week next Monday, 3rd April. Then every Monday through the summer, (but not generally bank holiday Mondays, although there will probably be a run during the day on those dates).
There will almost certainly be some folk running this coming Monday 27th March as well if you want to come along.
Usually 75 to 90 minutes or so, perhaps 6 to 8 miles, over the tracks and trails, led by a qualified leader (to whom many thanks to Emma, Dave, Jon, Terry and everyone else who helps with this !)
All are welcome, the pace will be to suit all who come, and will be slower than the road pace anyway as we're off-road and going up and down hills. We sometimes split into two groups, and/or re-group regularly and make sure no-one gets left behind !!
So DON'T be put off if you think you won't keep up, you'll be fine. honest.
We'll try pick a route that'll get us back in the light, but bring a torch if you've got one for the first week or two.
