We cater for both junior (minimum age 9 up to 17) and senior (18+, with several active members in their seventies) athletes, and we offer Track and Field, Cross Country, Road and Fell / Hill running.

If you're a junior athlete, we train on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please contact Judy Brown - see the contacts list - before coming to training, as from time to time, particularly for the younger age groups (under 11's) we may have a waiting list.
If you're a senior athlete interested in road running, please feel free to try us for a few runs - just come along to a session that you think will suit you, and let the leader know you're new, we make sure no-one gets left behind. Contact the appropriate group leader if you have any queries.
Similarly, if you're keen to try fell running, then please come to one of our Wednesday night sessions, we start at 7pm, from a different venue every week (see the fell calendar), please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and in winter bring a decent torch, as we generally run off-road.
