#runandtalk with Macclesfield Harriers and Athletics Club

Mental Health Awareness week is 8th to the 14th May with the theme “surviving or thriving” and we believe running is definitely a way to help us thrive and survive.

MH & AC and their EA mental health ambassadors Mel Whittaker and Kim Eastham, invite you to run and talk between 5 and 10k along the lovely Middlewood Way and canal.

This is our third #runandtalk event and is open to MHAC members over 16 years and other runners who might also like to participate.

Perhaps you are going through a bad patch, lacking in a bit of motivation to run, struggling with confidence or you just happen to be free on the day, please do join us.

We are a friendly group and  all enjoy the benefits of a run in the countryside, breathing in the positive fresh air and breathing out any negativity from body or mind.

Bring a flask and your choice of snack, for more post run refuel and conversation.
